Unable to run the model from the ArcGIS Pro Python window using ImportToolbox() when referencing to a Uniform Naming Convention (UNC) path.

Additional Information

Importing a toolbox twice from two locations makes the name and alias of the tool to become ambiguous. The two tool names are identical and unable to distinguish.

Workaround

  • Update the Uniform Naming Convention (UNC) path to an absolute path (letter drive).
  • Run the Python script through IDLE.
