Unable to run the 'Calculate Fields' or 'Calculate Geometry Attributes' tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.1 on a local copy (Download Map) of a feature layer when attachments are enabled.

Workaround
Turn off the attachments to run the tools or edit the fields individually. The edits are able to be saved but it is not ideal for large amounts of data.
