The option to export tiles is hidden for vector tile layers in the REST endpoint. It is required to append exportTiles in the URL to access this capability. This is to make this API more secure. The issue where the exportTiles operation in vector tile services gets redirected to the map service is not reproducible.Steps to Reproduce
