Unable to repair broken links for multiple layers if all the layers reside in a group layer, and the data source is a spatial database engine (SDE) where the username or password is not saved in an ArcGIS Pro project.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
Add a stand-alone layer in the ArcGIS Pro project in addition to the group layer. This prompts for a username and password when the project is opened and re-sources all the layers.
