Unable to repair broken links for multiple layers if all layers reside in a group layer and the data source is SDE data where the username or password is not saved in an ArcGIS Pro project.

Workaround
Add a standalone layer in the ArcGIS Pro project in addition to the group layer.
This prompts for a username and password when the project is opened and all layers will be re-sourced.
