Additional Information
Unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to map services published from ArcGIS Pro to the latest release of ArcGIS Enterprise resolves the issue. If the issue continues to affect work, contact Technical Support.Workaround
- Export the layer file from ArcMap.
- Open the same dataset in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.3.
- Import the layer file, apply the same symbology, and publish the map service.
