Duplicate of BUG-000119868.

Workaround

  1. Open the source URL for the layer from the server REST endpoint and copy the URL for each sub-layer.
  2. Add the sub-layer separately in Map Viewer by choosing the Add layer from web option and pasting the sub-layer URL one by one.
  3. Apply filter to the layer in Map Viewer.
