This is not to be addressed because SDE is not a suggested location to store locators.Workaround
• Use an administration connection to the ArcSDE to access the address locator when using ArcMap. • Create a client-side address locator stored in a file folder or file geodatabase pointing to the ArcSDE for the reference data. • Publish the address locator to ArcGIS for Server as a geocode service, and use the geocode service to geocode in ArcMap.Steps to Reproduce
