Additional Information
The fix resolves the issue with international characters in the layer name and the spatial index being able to rebuild with international characters in the layer name.Workaround
- Share as a web layer from ArcGIS Pro.
- Export to FGDB from the feature layer with the Japanese title and publish to a feature layer with an English title.
