Additional Information

When creating a service definition draft file (.sddraft), the aprx file name and location are written inside. The error happens because the Python XML Document Object Model (DOM) module does not support special characters. This is not an ArcPy issue, but the expected behavior of the specific Python module. Use a different module that supports non-English characters.
