Unable to provide an OpenSiteData field date time format as null or none for entries with no dates. The displayed date is 1/1/2001.

Workaround
Convert to a string with .dt.strftime('%m/%d/%Y') when moving to a Microsoft SQL Server and the column is type date. Leave empty rows as null.
