This issue is not reproducible in the latest version. If the issue is still experienced, reach out to Esri Support Services and reference this bug number.

Workaround

Print the layout in either of the options below:

• In a map view, print the map.

  1. On the Share tab, click Print Map.
  2. In the Print Map pane, check the Print as image property check box. This rasterizes the print on the local machine rather than on the printer driver or hardware and alleviates any issues caused by the driver failing to rasterize the vector content.
  3. Click Print.

• In a layout view, export a layout as a PDF file.

  1. On the Share tab, click Export Layout.
  2. In the Export Layout pane, for the File Type parameter, select PDF.
  3. Click Export.
