Additional Information
Unexpected results when printing are the result of the driver's inability to properly convert ArcGIS Pro's print metafile. In this case, the PostScript driver does not have the same error in conversion. Since the problem only occurs with a specific printer model and driver, this issue will not be addressed in the print functionality. Possibly, a future revision of the Ricoh driver can resolve the conversion issue, or reducing the resource consumption of the print by lowering the size or resolution prints the layout successfully.
Workaround
Installing the PostScript driver serves as a potential workaround, although the underlying cause remains unclear.
