Duplicate of BUG-000136260: The resulting issue seems to be the same, unable to overwrite a hosted table in ArcGIS Enterprise using ArcGIS API for Python. This is linked to an existing issue and is in the process of working on it.Workaround
Manually overwrite the hosted table within Portal for ArcGIS through ArcGIS Pro.
