Only basic maintenance is being done on the Story Map Tour as a replacement application is being developed for release in beta starting next year.Workaround
Use an Esri Basemap instead of Bing. Alternatively, use a story map such as Story Map Journal to workaround limitations in the Story Map Tour app. For example a Story Map Journal section lets users have multiple images and unlimited text for each place shown. It also enables the use of different maps/extents/layers for each section in the Story Map Journal.Steps to Reproduce
