Additional Information
This issue is no longer reproducible as of the March 2022 update of ArcGIS Online. The layers are successfully being exported as file geodatabases and moved to the designated content folder. Report to Technical Support when this issue reoccurs for further assistance.Workaround
Do not use '\' or other non-alphanumeric characters in the item name.
