ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 entered extended support May 21, 2026, and is slated for retirement December 1, 2026. This issue is not present in ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 (released May 21, 2026); it is recommended to update to ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 to resolve the issue.
