Unable to make an ArcCatalog administrator connection to ArcGIS for Server 10.3 that is federated with Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 using a Windows Domain account with Portal-tier authentication.

Workaround

1. Enable web-tier authentication on the Portal for ArcGIS Web Adaptor:Disable anonymous authentication and enable Windows Authentication in IIS (Leave the ArcGIS for Server Web Adaptor to be anonymous).2. Use a built-in Portal administrator account.3. Upgrade to version 10.3.1.
