Unable to login to Portal or ArcGIS Online using Silverlight Identity Manager. This request generates a token using the client parameter opposed to referrer, which causes the login to fail.

Additional Information

Firefox does not include a referer in a web request by default (can be enabled). Generating a token to use with ArcGIS Online requires a referer.
