Additional Information

Development has determined that this issue is not to be addressed at this time. The issue is specific to the Samsung Internet browser being set as the default browser on the device. Setting another browser, like Google Chrome, to the default device browser resolves this issue. If the default browser cannot be changed, the app can be set to use an in-app authenticator from the developer. Open ArcGIS Field Maps > Tap Skip Sign In > Tap the Profile icon in the top right of the page > Tap the Profile option at the top three times > Tap OAuth and select In App > Tap Back > Select Sign In.

Workaround

Change the device's default browser. Using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox allows users to sign in to ArcGIS Field Maps on Samsung Tab A 2019 tablets.
