Duplicate of BUG-000178064Workaround
Manually refresh the web map page after it opens. Once refreshed, all maps load correctly, and this fix persists across the site.
However, refreshing the homepage or the search results page brings the issue back. Any attempt to open web maps from the search results page again triggers the error.
