Unable to load the Content page in ArcGIS Online using Internet Explorer when an application item is present which has an invalid URL for 'Data Source' in the Settings tab.

Workaround
- Use a different browser such as Chrome.
- Move the items that are causing the issue to a new folder. The folder shows the loading issue instead of all of the Content page.
