Additional Information

Components using the item-id attribute don't support multiple portals since the portal URL is read from the global esriConfig.portalUrl property. Web maps that reference different portals can be made manually and then can be assigned to the map components. Example application: https://codepen.io/laurenb14/pen/yyBOOqW?editors=1001
