Unable to launch City Engine from an account which does not have administrative privileges, and also the License.config file does not save automatically to the user profile.

Workaround

Copy the license.config file from the account through which the license is authorized and then copy the file into the account from which City Engine is to be launched.Path to the license.config file:C: > Users > User profile
