Unable to import SSL certificate into the ArcGIS Enterprise portal via Python. The gis.admin.security.ssl command fails because SSL certificate support is deprecated in ArcGIS API for Python 2.1.0 and removed in ArcGIS API for Python 3.0.0.

Workaround

Manually import the SSL certificate to the Portal Administrator Directory. To do so, refer to ArcGIS Enterprise: Import an existing CA-signed certificate (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/import-a-certificate-into-the-portal.htm#ESRI_SECTION2_4E2CD46EF1E04094BDE0C261B65F04CC).
