Additional Information
Starting from ArcGIS Pro 2.8, fields can be imported from a shapefile.Workaround
- In ArcGIS Pro, use the Create Feature Class geoprocessing tool. The Template Feature Class parameter recognizes shapefiles.
- Convert the shapefile into a file geodatabase feature class.
