Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, the current minimum supported version of ArcGIS Enterprise. Layers zoom automatically to the extent of image service when added to the map.Workaround
- Get the image service extent from the REST endpoint.
- Use the Set Extent workflow and set the extent manually.
