Unable to generate a Self Signed Certificate after a re-installation of ArcGIS Server with a new Primary Site Administrator (PSA) name and password. Error message: "Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect."

This issue is fixed in 10.2

Workaround

1. Log into Manager and navigate to Security.2. Click the 'pencil' icon for the Primary Site Administrator Account.3. Change the PSA login and password to the 2nd PSA login and password created before uninstalling and logout of Manager.4. Log into the Admin page with the 2nd PSA login (http://<server>:6080/arcgis/admin)5. Create a new self-signed certificate (http://<server>:6080/arcgis/admin/machines/<machine>/sslcertificates/generate)
