ArcLogistics is now in Retired Status.Workaround
1. Open ArcLogistics properties by right-clicking the shortcut.2. Go to the Compatibility tab.3. Check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3).'4. Click OK.5. Open ArcLogistics and notice the issue is not reproducible.Steps to Reproduce
