This is expected behavior, as the settings for the 'Show bars as weights in stack' and 'Show chart values as weights in series' options cannot be used at the same time. Both of these settings control the axis labels and therefore, only one of these settings must be used at a time. If these settings are allowed to be used at the same time, the axis labels conflict with one another.Steps to Reproduce
