Unable to edit the Road Closure layer within the Road Closure solution in the Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer when deployed to ArcGIS Enterprise.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.

Workaround

To make the Road Closure layer editable in the Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer, follow the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the REST or admin endpoint of the feature service, such as the following link, https://machinename/arcgis/rest/admin/services/Hosted/<servicename/FeatureServer/.
  2. Click Update Definition.
  3. Update the definition to {"hasZ" : false}.
