Additional Information

This is not a supported configuration. All requests for the LRS REST API must go through REST directly without a proxy (i.e. /server/rest/services/LRS/MapServer/LRServer).

Workaround

Use the original map service URL of the LRS dataset instead of the one through the portal's sharing proxy.
