Additional Information
It is recommended to make schema and configuration changes while the users are not connected to the feature service. When a service is stopped, the server immediately removes all instances of the service from the server. The clients using the service, especially versioned services, may fail to work properly because the service connection is no longer available.Workaround
Reopen ArcGIS Pro.
