Bug
Unable to edit features in Map Viewer if a publicly shared hosted feature layer has the following configuration: Under the 'What access do anonymous editors (not signed in) have?' setting, select 'Only add new features, if allowed above (requires editor tracking)'. When attempting to edit a feature, it returns the error, "Something went wrong: Edits could not be saved: No permission to edit the specified feature."

This issue is not reproducible with the layer provided, and edits are accepted.Workaround
Edit in Map Viewer Classic or change setting under 'What access do anonymous editors (not signed in) have?' and select 'The same as signed in editors.'
