Unable to edit features in ArcGIS Field Maps if the hosted feature layer is connected to a survey and the editing is enabled with the 'Only add new features, if allowed above (requires tracking)' option selected for the 'What access do anonymous editors (not signed in) have?' setting.

This is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Field Maps, version 22.2. Features are editable as expected with a hosted feature layer created in ArcGIS Survey123 with the specific editing settings mentioned in the bug.Steps to Reproduce
