License level for rep mgmt tools lowered to ArcEditor.Workaround
If the featureclass is exported to a shapefile, the representation fields can be dropped and then the featureclass can be reimported. Or, create a new feature class using the schema from the previous FC (minus the rep fields) and then load the data in.Steps to Reproduce
