This bug is notified and development are going to be fixed in the next (October 2024) update.Workaround
Ensure either the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service or a Locator View of this service is at the top of the list in Organization > Settings > Utility services > Geocoding. The custom geocoding service can be listed after this but will not be used by this widget.
