Unable to download Microsoft Word (.docx) reports generated from the ArcGIS Survey123 website in Microsoft Edge when the 'Open Office files in the browser' setting is enabled; the download returns a 404 error.

Workaround

If Microsoft Edge browser is required, use an InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge.

If Microsoft Edge is currently set to open files directly in the application, follow these steps to disable the feature:

1. In Microsoft Edge, click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Downloads.
4. Disable the 'Open Office files in the browser' setting.

Otherwise, use a different browser.
