Additional Information
The internal path has been updated from HTTP to HTTPS and allows the download.Workaround
- Use Microsoft Edge (tested with Version 95.0.1020.44) as the web browser.
- Navigate to the patch documentation page, Esri Support ArcGIS Server 10.7.1.
- Click the desired patch to download. The download error message is returned.
- Hover over right side of the item in the download pane and select the ellipses (...) > Select Keep.
- Select Keep Anyway.
- Select Keep again to allow the browser to complete the download.
- File is accessible for installing.
