Additional Information

The Default Value text box appears in the Form Element properties in later releases of ArcGIS Enterprise (i.e., 10.9 and 10.9.1). The default value is honored in the mobile app when new features are created since it's included in the feature templates used in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.
