Unable to display feature layers added directly to a Portal Web Map when both Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS for Server are configured to use Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) and both Web Adaptors are deployed on the same server.

Additional Information

Could not reproduce the issue with latest web adaptor 10.4 build 5249.

Workaround

Add the full map service instead of the individual feature layer or by hosting the Web Adaptor on separate web servers.
