Additional Information
Several fixes were implemented at the December 2021 ArcGIS Online update to address this issue. In some cases, the issue is not with Map Viewer but with the provided service. If there is a persisting issue with a WMS, WMTS or tile service in Map Viewer, please contact support to report a new issue.Steps to Reproduce
