Unable to directly edit the attributes in the Attributes pane after creating a new feature with a definition query in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

There is a warning on the feature template indicating the feature may not be visible if creating features in a layer with a definition query.Workaround
- With the feature template active, advance to the active template pane and enter the attributes until the feature template warning clears. Then, create the feature.
- When creating features without setting attributes, the attributes can be updated after despite the feature or attribute not being visible and is listed in the Attribute pane.
- Remove the definition query.
