The development team determined that this issue is related to a known limitation with the software that lies outside of Esri's control.Workaround
Navigate to the following %LOCALAPPDATA%\Apps\2.0\<app_id>\<app_id>\clou...app_0542afd83ab940eb_000a.0008_52c58970c0e4b488\Resources\AutomationGen2\Templates\, and add the following value in the basedeployment-single-tier.json file (section starting at line 68):
