Additional Information
ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes uses many third-party components including an open-source NGINX Ingress Controller specifically customized to front-end ArcGIS Enterprise Services. The NGINX Ingress Controller version 0.48.1 used in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 is not supported on Kubernetes version 1.22 or later. This issue prevents ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 from working properly on Kubernetes version 1.22 or later.Workaround
Use an older version of ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes (1.19-1.21).
