Unable to delete the features of a hosted feature layer shared to a group in ArcGIS Pro.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Click the feature layer to view item details.
- Under the URL section, click View.
- At the top ribbon, click Admin.
- Under Supported Operations, click Update Definition.
- Change the value at allowOthersToDelete to true, and click Update Service Definition.
- Click Close.
It is noticed that by allowing others to delete and update, features that are not added are able to be deleted and updated. In other words, editors can only edit their own features, (which requires editor tracking) no longer applies.
