Workaround

Temporarily delete the lrParcelToLine relationship class. The relationship only serves one purpose, to make sure that the user can edit through the parcels to the lines via the Editor Attributes window. This shouldn’t stop a user from getting work done, and the user can still edit the lines, just not through navigating down through the parcels.Tested using the parcel workflows with the missing relationship class and it seems to work fine.
