Additional Information

A portion of this issue has been addressed by BUG-000111983. This fix allows the Coordinate System and Extents to be specified for all empty tables or views, and the Coordinate System to be specified for populated tables or views IF the SRID is 0. BUG-000112976 will address the ability to set a specific extent for tables or views that contain data at the time of registration.
