Additional Information

The Parent license server MUST be available to deauthorize child license server.

Workaround

1.Delete the trusted storage on the Child License Manager.Windows Vista/2008/7 <a href="file:c:/programdata/Flexnet" target="_blank">c:\programdata\Flexnet</a>Windows XP/2003: <a href="file:c:/documents" target="_blank">c:\documents</a> & settings\all users\application data\FlexnetUNIX/Linux /usr/local/share/macrovision/storage2. Submit a license appeal to Customer Service.
