Unable to create web apps using Map Viewer and creating a map with a layer added by Web Feature Service (WFS) CSV through URL. Meanwhile, creating a map with the same CSV layer in Map Viewer Classic does work in web apps.

Additional Information
As of July 1, 2024, the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x is retired. If this issue occurs in the apps utilizing the supported versions of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript (4.x), contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Use Map Viewer Classic to display a map with the added CSV URL layer.
